Royce J. Holland
Executive Chairman

As Executive Chairman of MASERGY, Royce J. Holland is responsible for strategic and operational direction and oversight of the company. A MASERGY board member since January 2004, Royce has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and board member of McLeodUSA, one of the largest CLECs in America. Previously, Royce was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Dallas-based Allegiance Telecom, Inc., a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), from 1997 until its 2004 acquisition by XO Communications, Inc. Prior to that, he served as President and co-founder of MFS Communications Company, Inc., one of the first competitive local carriers with operations in 52 metropolitan areas in North America, Europe and Asia. A former chairman of ALTS, the trade industry association for facilities-based CLECs, Royce was appointed by President George H. W. Bush to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and by Governor George W. Bush to the Texas E-Government Task Force.

Rob Bodnar
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Rob Bodnar is responsible for the finance, accounting and access management teams at MASERGY. He has more than 16 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Prior to joining the company, Rob served as VP and CFO at Covaro Networks, where he was responsible for the financial, legal, human resources and administrative functions of the company. Covaro’s operations were sold to ADVA Optical Networking in early 2006. Rob also worked in a variety of senior financial and accounting positions at Metera Networks, Spaghetti Warehouse restaurants and KPMG.

Tim Naramore
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Tim Naramore is responsible for the Information Technology, Systems and Software Development and Product management organizations at MASERGY. Tim brings more than 25 years of IT and telecom experience with proven track record of successfully delivering technology to solve business problems. Prior to joining MASERGY, Tim served as chief information officer and Group VP of IT at McLeod USA where he was responsible for teams that managed the overall assessment, security and stability improvement of all internal IT and core financial and network systems. His previous roles include CIO positions at Broadwing Communications and Allegiance Telecom, Inc.; Director of Product Development at Netcom/ICG in Dallas and a variety of technical positions at Frito-Lay, Inc., Boeing Computer Services and Texas Instruments.

Mike Jaffe
Senior Vice President, Operations

Mike Jaffe is responsible for MASERGY's operations group, including all aspects of MASERGY's customer interfacing production environment. Mike's responsibilities cover customer care and network operations. With 16 years of experience in Telecommunications, Mike has an extensive background in the technical services and data communications field. Before joining MASERGY, Mike held various management and technical roles with organizations including VaultNet, Inc., EG&G and LTV Corp. Most recently, he was vice president of operations for Allied Riser Communications (ARC).

Scott A. Walker
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Service

Scott A. Walker is responsible for all of the company’s global sales and sales engineering functions. Scott brings 22 years of sales and marketing experience to MASERGY with 15 years in telecommunications. Prior to joining MASERGY, Scott served as the senior vice president of sales and marketing for LineSider Technologies. He also held a variety of sales leadership positions with Global Crossing, AT&T and MCI (now Verizon Business) where he played a key role in launching Concert, the world's first global voice and data platform.

John Dumbleton
Senior Vice President, Business Development

John Dumbleton is responsible for Masergy's business development activities including the development, marketing and management of strategic business relationships with resellers, VARs and channel partners. Prior to joining MASERGY, John served as the group vice president of Wholesale and Indirect Channels at McLeodUSA where he managed the strategic development of the wholesale, resale and channel partner businesses including sales, sales support and product development. John has more than 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has served in executive positions at a variety of companies, including Allegiance Telecom and MCI (now Verizon Business).

Tony Hurtado
Vice President, Global Marketing and Public Relations

Tony Hurtado is responsible for global marketing at MASERGY. In this role, he manages all marketing, advertising, sales training, communications strategy and public relations programs. Tony has 20 years of experience in marketing at public and private companies. Before joining MASERGY, Tony worked at a privately-held start-up telecommunications company. Prior positions include a variety of management positions at GTE Corporation and Southern California Gas Company

Cam Anderson
Vice President, Access Management

Cam Anderson is responsible for the Access Management organization at MASERGY. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Service Delivery at MASERGY where his team managed customer project management, network provisioning and network capacity and planning around the globe. Cam has more than 15 years of telecom experience and, prior to joining MASERGY, has served as Director of Wholesale Services and Director of Switched Access Provisioning at Excel Communications and Director of Revenue Assurance and Network Cost Management at Epic Realm, Inc. He has also held various management positions at MCI (now Verizon Business).

David Novotny
Vice President, Global Sales - Central

David Novotny leads MASERGY's Global Direct as well as Channel Sales programs for the Central & Southern United States regions. Before assuming this role, he served as the vice president of sales engineering and director of product engineering at MASERGY. David has more than 18 years of experience in engineering and telecommunications, including various sales, operations and management positions at International Network Services, Computer Science Corporation and General Dynamics.

David C. Dyas
Vice President, Global Sales - West

David (Dave) Dyas oversees MASERGY’s Global Direct sales program for the Western United States regions. Dave brings 16 years of telecommunications sales and sales management experience to MASERGY.  Prior to joining the company, Dave served as the director of VoIP services at Mpower Communications where he led the company’s sales and marketing efforts in deploying VoIP services to enterprise clients. Dave previously held a variety of sales leadership positions with MFS Communications, WorldCom, MCI and Broadwing, as well as ICG Communications.

Greg Morelli
Vice President, Global Sales - East

Greg Morelli oversees MASERGY's Global Direct sales program for the Eastern United States regions. Greg brings more than 17 years of telecommunications experience to MASERGY, including various sales and sales management roles at MCI, WorldCom and Verizon.  Some of his prior experience includes responsibility for the financial services vertical for Gomez Inc., a leading provider of on-demand web application management, Director of Sales for Genosys Technology Management, and global MSP and relationship management in the financial services branch for BusinessEdge Solutions, a business and technology-consulting firm.

Martin Davis
Vice President, Sales - EMEA

Martin Davis oversees MASERGY's Global Direct sales program for the Europe, Middle East & Africa regions. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Global Crossing where he helped identify and win many multi-million dollar sales opportunities. Martin has more than 17 years of industry experience and has held business development, sales management and engineering positions at Equant Network Services and Digital Equipment, Australia and UK.
