Direct inward-outward dialing

Description:
Users are assigned a public phone number that can be used to place or receive calls directly. The caller ID can be set to be your Direct Inward Dial (DID) Number, or set to a group or department number. Any Masergy user can be assigned a public phone number (also known as a direct inward dialing phone number, or DID) that can be used by external parties to call the user directly, without having to go through an attendant.
