Robert Bodnar

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Robert Bodnar has served as MASERGY's Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since August 2005 and was additionally named Executive Vice President in July 2010. Mr. Bodnar is responsible for formulating capital formation strategy and coordinating M&A efforts in addition to leading the finance, accounting and access management teams at MASERGY.

Prior to MASERGY, Mr. Bodnar served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Covaro Networks, a developer and manufacturer of networking hardware. Covaro’s operations were sold to ADVA Optical Networking in early 2006. Prior to Vovaro, Mr. Bodnar worked in a variety of senior financial and accounting positions at Metera Networks, Spaghetti Warehouse restaurants and KPMG. Mr. Bodnar holds an MBA from Baylor University and a bachelor's in business administration from Texas A&M University.
