Call Forwarding Not Reachable

Description

This service allows users to redirect incoming calls to a mobile or other phone number (configurable destination by user or admin) when the user’s device is unreachable or unregistered (for example, power or connectivity is lost.) This service is automatically activated when the device associated with the called user is not accessible by Masergy, and the service redirects the call to the specified forwarding destination. The service can be enabled and disabled through the user’s Personal web portal or Feature Access Codes (FAC). When enabled, a valid destination phone number must be entered.

How to

  1. Click Incoming calls.
  2. Click Call Forwarding Not Reachable. Click On (or Off.)
  3. Enter a phone number where you want your calls to go only if your phone is not working due to power or connectivity loss.
  4. Click OK.
  • Or, From the user’s Masergy phone, to turn this feature ON simply dial Star 94 (*94), plus the destination number, and pound (#).
  • To turn this feature OFF dial Star 95 (*95)
  • The default state of Call Forwarding Not Reachable is “Off”.
