MASERGY’s Hosted VoIP offering is uniquely designed for enterprise customers who have not deployed an IP PBX.

Service is delivered to the desktop terminating on an IP telephone set with a variety of bundle sets:

• BASIC BUSINESS – Provides the typical features of a simple office phone
• STANDARD BUSINESS – Provides a more robust suite of features similar to PBX multi-line desk phone features
• PREMIUM BUSINESS – Provides the same features as the Basic Business bundle, with the addition of Personal Web portal for features such as click-to-dial and Outlook integration
• RECEPTIONIST – Carrier-class IP telephony attendant console for use by “front-of-house” receptionists or telephone attendants, who screen inbound calls
