An Alternative Complete Communications Solution

Where Global Office is not currently available and a complete communications solution is required, Masergy utilized its Global Gateway deployment model. With Global Gateway, Masergy deploys a Local Enterprise Gateway (LEG) on the client premises which serves as the termination device for client provided PSTN connectivity. All on-net interoffice calling is delivered over the Masergy network, while all external call origination and termination is routed over the client provided PSTN connectivity.

How It Works

Similar to Global Office service, enterprises that utilize Global Gatway benefit from in-country DID origination and termination while preserving the ability to use abbreviated dialing plans to call extensions at any of their global locations. With this model, a single call platform handles all user and service profile management activities as well as all call setup and routing duties across the globe.
