- Have had sales of more than $500,000 in fiscal 2004
- Have had sales of not more than $75,000,000 in 2004
- Have a three-year sales history reflecting growth
- Have a credit report and character satisfactory to Dallas 100, determined at the sole discretion of the Dallas 100
