Masergy, the global network service provider, today announced its Network Analyst 2.0 product was a finalist at last night’s Convergence World Awards ceremony. Network Analyst 2.0 was a finalist in the category of Best Customer Experience Innovation. The winners were announced on Tuesday 29th April, at SOFNET 08, Olympia National Hall, London.
Tony Hurtado, global marketing manager of Masergy, commented: “We are delighted to be nominated as a finalist by Convergence World Awards for Network Analyst 2.0. This recognition highlights our dedication to maximising the service our customers experience as part of our ongoing efforts to redefine wide-area networking for the global enterprise.”
Masergy’s Network Analyst 2.0 was the telecommunications industry’s first service- embedded wide area network (WAN) traffic analysis tool. Created to simplify enterprise networking, Network Analyst 2.0 provides enterprises with real-time and convenient access to granular network traffic statistics, as well as the ability to view application performance and data flows anywhere across a company’s MPLS-based WAN.
Embedded in the virtual private network (VPN), the Network Analyst 2.0 service eliminates the need for software, hardware, integration, validation or maintenance on the part of the enterprise. The service is completely integrated into Masergy’s advanced IP MPLS network. Through the simplicity of a web-based service portal, network managers receive instant access to the service – as soon as the business starts running network traffic across the circuit. Customers can also set threshold alarms, verify service level agreements (SLAs), view granular detail, analyse network traffic and generate management reports.
Masergy’s Network Analyst 2.0 is part of its IP MPLS services over Ethernet WAN, converging data, voice and video applications over a single network connection.
