Extension Dialing

Description

Extension dialing is valuable to call members of your group and with an additional code members of your enterprise. Extension dialing allows a user to dial an abbreviated digit string to call another user in the user's group. By default, the extension is the last few digits of the user's phone number. However, it can be set to any other valid string of digits by the group administrator. Extensions can be associated to users and virtual users. Users without a phone number can have just an extension.
