Outlook integration is supported with Masergy’s suite of software applications used for call control which the Telephony Toolbar, Masergy Unity Client, Call Center Supervisor Client, and Masergy Receptionist. You can also use many third party soft clients like SalesForce.com, ACT!, and other integrated CRM services.
These various programs enable a user to use a call control client to provide, an alternative to using the handset of the phone. The call control clients are usually not a phone but simply a call control tool. Outlook integration allows you to dial numbers from your Outlook contacts, View call history lists, and other telephony functions through the Outlook application.
