These various programs enable a user to use a call control client to provide, an alternative to using the handset of the phone. The call control clients are usually not a phone but simply a call control tool. Outlook integration allows you to dial numbers from your Outlook contacts, View call history lists, and other telephony functions through the Outlook application.
