How do I subscribe to Maintenance and Outage notifications?
Portal administrators can subscribe or unsubscribe to Masergy Maintenance and Outage notifications via the ISC portal.
- Log in to the portal.
- Choose Account.
- Choose Manage Users.
- Click the By Users tab.
- Locate the desired user.
- In the Email Notification column of the table, check or uncheck the Outage or Maintenance box for the desired sites. There is also an option to enable notifications for all sites.
