How do I subscribe to Maintenance and Outage notifications?


Portal administrators can subscribe or unsubscribe to Masergy Maintenance and Outage notifications via the ISC portal.

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Choose Account.
  3. Choose Manage Users.
  4. Click the By Users tab.
  5. Locate the desired user.
  6. In the Email Notification column of the table, check or uncheck the Outage or Maintenance box for the desired sites. There is also an option to enable notifications for all sites.
