  • Do you send out security advisories?

    Yes. The Masergy Threat Intelligence Team creates free Security Advisory Bulletins to provide up-to-date alerts as they are discovered.

    These alerts cover:

    • Steps To Protect Your Systems

  • What is required to send additional log sources for storage and alerting?

  • What kind of reporting do you offer?

    Managed Security offers the following reporting services:

    • Instant response emails if an incident occurs
    • Custom reports that can be set up on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
    • Comprehensive summary report that can be sent out on every Monday for the previous week
    • Monthly trending report that encompasses all incident responses sent out, escalated tickets and alert trends
    • Annual summary reports

    We also offer all our customers a bi-weekly pending ticket review and a quarterly or half-yearly operation reviews to go over trends and specific customer security environments.

  • How long is log data stored in your system?

    For regulatory compliance reasons, we store all log data for a minimum of one year.

  • Does any of our raw data leave the premises?

    No. All customer data (packet data, log data, vulnerability scan information, and behavioral analysis profiles) is collected, analyzed, and processed on premise at your sites.
