What kind of reporting do you offer?


Managed Security offers the following reporting services:

  • Instant response emails if an incident occurs
  • Custom reports that can be set up on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Comprehensive summary report that can be sent out on every Monday for the previous week
  • Monthly trending report that encompasses all incident responses sent out, escalated tickets and alert trends
  • Annual summary reports

We also offer all our customers a bi-weekly pending ticket review and a quarterly or half-yearly operation reviews to go over trends and specific customer security environments.
