With this Polycom Phone Services feature you get the following features:
Call Forwarding integration allows you to have all incoming calls skip ringing on your Masergy phone and go directly to your mobile, your assistant or some other number. Messages will go to that other number. When your telephone is idle, you might see softkeys labeled new call & forward. We discouraged users from utilizing the softkey labeled Forward. Now it is fully integrated with the system.Do not disturb (DND) Integration means that calls will not ring on your desk phone, but will be sent directly to voicemail. If you've enabled it properly then your BUSY greeting will play for callers. Your phone may have a hard button labeled Do Not Disturb or you may see it under Menu>>Features>> Do Not Disturb. We discouraged users from utilizing this phone feature. Now it is fully integrated with the system.

These are the three or four context sensitive buttons below the display on your Polycom phones. The new softkey abbreviations and descriptions are:
