4-time Visionary: Gartner positions Masergy as Visionary in 2020 Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global
VISIONARY [vizh-uh-ner-ee] noun: We believe Visionaries are those with unusually keen foresight that has original ideas about what the future will or could be like; those who think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom.
Here at Masergy, we think the word captures our ambitious spirit and constant motivation to drive innovation. As it turns out, our passion for the future has not gone unnoticed.
Gartner has once again named Masergy a Visionary in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global. In fact, this is the fourth year in a row that Gartner has positioned us as a Visionary. Today, we believe we are only fractions away from the Leaders quadrant where the largest telecommunications companies are positioned. Get a complimentary copy of the report.
How does Masergy compete as a Visionary? We believe Masergy is not only planning and preparing clients for the future through foresight and experience but actively driving real change as well. Twenty years ago, we began pioneering software-defined networking. Today, we are laying the groundwork to deliver on the autonomous networks of tomorrow.
Released in late 2019, Masergy’s AIOps solution serves as a major milestone in our progress toward self-healing, self-optimizing networks. According to Nemertes Research, AIOps tools offer the next generation of technologies with the potential to automate new swathes of network operations. Read the Nemertes Research guide to AIOps. Masergy is among the first in the industry to integrate AIOps into SD-WAN.
However, that was not our only notable achievement.
Earlier this year, Masergy’s SD-WAN solution was the industry’s first to include Shadow IT Discovery tools. These capabilities are helping IT leaders quickly identify unsanctioned cloud applications running on their network so they can more effectively improve security posture. We are making security intrinsic to the network, converging more IT technologies into a single client portal for the most robust real-time visibility and on-demand control.
We are helping global enterprises Transform with Certainty℠.
Innovations in customer experience
Masergy has consistently sustained a Magic Quadrant Visionary status. But our 2020 position has also moved to the right, which explains why we believe we are advancing our completeness of vision.
How are we gaining more ground?
In addition to technology innovation, we believe Masergy has made significant investments in automation designed to supercharge operations and the customer experience. The improvements target pricing processes with the aim to accelerate time-to-service. We are rolling out a more frictionless procedure for clients to migrate to Masergy’s services. The investments are expected to deliver:
- 25% faster service installation
- 20 – 30% smoother migration experience
- 10% more accurate price quotes
Being named a Visionary is an honor, and it inspires us to continue in our legacy as a company pioneering the industry with SD-WAN innovation and service excellence.
